Device Status Email Alerts

What have we done?

Provided users with a new feature to alert via email when a device is offline.

Why have we done this?

To allow users to configure if they would like to be actively alerted of device going offline/online.

How will you benefit?

Users can configure the system to receive emails of offline and online devices to increase Device management via the web portal.

Details of the change

Once configured, the feature allows customers to configure email notifications to be sent out to a specified group of people alerting them when a terminal device goes offline.

An offline device is any device that does not communicate with the system for a total of 90 minutes or more.
