Beta AI Clocking Analysis feature

What have we done?

Introduced Clocking Analysis as a way of analysing clocking's made by users in real-time to determine if they fall within their normal working patterns. This feature is currently in Beta and customer feedback will be collected around this feature.

Why have we done this?

To enable Users to identify clockings that fall outside expected clocking behaviour

How will you benefit?

Additional information is now available against the clocking history to enable Users to identify clockings that fall outside expected clocking behaviour.

Details of the change

When clocking's have analysis details, they are shown in the Clocking history tab in Advanced Device and Access Manager:

They can also be seen by selecting View Details:

Device Offline statistics

What have we done?

Added additional logic to gather statistics around how often devices go offline.

Why have we done this?

To provide clarity for future feature development

How will you benefit?

Customers will benefit in future feature development and will not see this information within the web portal currently.
