What have we done?

Acted on recommendations following our annual security test of the application.

Why have we done this?

To ensure we are constantly improving our product security.

How will you benefit?

Improved security reducing any potential vulnerabilities.

Details of the change

Updates have been made to the field lengths within the product, restrictions have also been made around the use of special characters within given fields, this reduces the risk of any potential attacks.

New Help docs guide launched

What have we done?

We have created a help docs guide for users on how to update Firmware versions on T2 Devices.

Why have we done this?

Not all devices are running the latest firmware version and customers could be missing out on new functionality/security enhancements.

How will you benefit?

The latest controlled release of Firmware will ensure that your T2 device is fully up to date with any new functionality or security enhancements that are available.

Details of the change

A new guide has been published in help docs to take users through the process of upgrading the Firmware on their T2 device and can be found here.
